Due to the arrival of Hurricane Milton to the Central Florida area, with impacts likely starting late Wednesday through Thursday, SemTech IT Solutions will close at 5pm Tuesday evening and remain closed through Thursday, reopening Friday morning at 8am.

Hurricane preparedenss tips for your device

Hurricane Milton is rapidly approaching the Florida west coast and will likely impact the Central Florida area starting Wednesday. We would like to provide you with some tips on how to prepare your copier / printing equipment before the storm arrives. This will help to protect your investment and quickly resume operation after the storm passes.

Prior to closing down before the storm arrives:

1. Take a picture of your device as well as any connections (specifically fax and network cables) so you know how to plug everything back in!
2. Properly power down your device and unplug the power cable as well as any fax line or network cable from your device
3. Cover the device with a plastic sheet or tarp if available

Equipment Service Calls

Our goal is to continue to provide on site service as long as it is safe for our staff to do so, following local city, county and state guidelines. If your equipment requires service but it is not an immediate need that can wait until after the storm, please let us know when placing the service call.
